I won!!!

5/14/14                        Camden and Bowdoin I had the second hearing today and I won!!!!!!!!!  Judge Toner had the divorce decree in front him and the injunction of domestic violence against me was thrown out; moreover he said it would have never been put into effect if I had appeared at the first hearing!  I told him I didn’t know if I could appear via telephone for that hearing at that time.  The divorce decree is supposed to be once again in effect.  I told the judge that Linda has never lived up to or followed the divorce decree.  He said I will have to take her back to family court which I am in the process of doing.  I can now call Linda to talk to/with you which I tried to do yesterday but Linda hung up on me so I left a message for you  both which you will probably never get to hear.  I love you and miss you so much my sons!!!
